Burnaby can play a direct role in solving housing affordability by using the city-owned Burnaby Housing Authority to rapidly build thousands of new non-market rental homes, and allowing flexible housing forms up to 4 storeys in all neighbourhoods (6 storeys for affordable housing).

Riding a bus with 50 of your closest transit friends? You shouldn't need to wait at a all the red lights! We can make buses 20% faster with transit priority on all frequent routes in Burnaby with the time saved used for more frequent bus service and increased reliability.

Safe Streets for Everyone!

We don't need to wait decades to have sidewalks on every street or a safe, complete, and connected cycling network. Within 3 years we can complete the initial Major Cycling Network outlined in Burnaby’s Transportation Plan, connecting across the city to all Burnaby's town centres. Within 5 years, every street can have a safe and accessible sidewalk.
